Ryon Walters is a third-generation Nevadan with more than 23 years of automotive leadership experience, specializing in high-volume import operations. As General Manager of Michael Hohl Honda in Carson City, he leads a performance-driven team focused on delivering efficiency, value, and a seamless customer experience for customers across Northern Nevada, including Reno, Carson City, and Lake Tahoe.

Known for building strong teams and driving results, Ryon emphasizes accountability, operational excellence, and a straightforward buying and ownership process. A graduate of Reno High School and the University of Nevada, Reno—where he played collegiate baseball—he brings a disciplined, competitive approach to leadership and takes pride in serving the community he calls home.

Ryon is happily married with four children and loves being back home in Northern Nevada. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, spending time at Lake Tahoe, and being with his family.

Starting my career 25 years ago in the detail department at Michael Hohl dealerships, I’ve grown through the roles and sales, finance, and now sales management over my 12 years with the dealership. My passion has always been helping people, whether it’s finding them the best deal, guiding them through the buying process, or seeing their smile when they drive away in a new vehicle. I pride myself on being straightforward, honest, and committed to building relationships that keep customers coming back. Outside the dealership, I love supporting the community through local fundraisers, golf tournaments, and any opportunity to give back.

I have 17 years of experience in the automotive industry and 2.5 years dedicated to Michael Hal. I bring deep product knowledge, strong customer service expertise, and proven ability to support both customers and team members. I am fluent in Spanish and English, enabling me to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Known for my strong people skills and ability to de-escalate conflicts, I focus on creating positive experiences, building trust, and ensuring smooth, solution-oriented interactions.
